Here's the game plan:

Let's all meet at 9:00 AM outside the visitor’s side concession stand. The gate on the east side of the stadium should be open – I will make sure Mr. Wright can get it open for us.

These are the tasks that need to be completed during our time. Coordinate with Sarah Wilbanks, Ryan Wilbanks & Soozie Fahland as to what is used and if anything is needed:

  • We will need to organize and inventory all paper and consumable products so we can get an accurate count on what to order to start the season.

  • We need to organize all utensils and storage containers – what we have, is it broken/unusable, what is needed to create two matched sets.

  • We will need to stack all bottled water and soda packages for the band kids in the visitors storage room on the north and east wall shelves.

  • Basic stand cleanup:

    • Start by wiping down all coolers with bleach water, and wipe them dry - inside and out. Check all wire shelves for broken parts. If any shelves are broken, we need to replace them. (We have a few extras.)

    • Wipe down all countertops and shelves with bleach water, and wipe them dry.

    • Clean out any trash – especially in the stock rooms.

    • Clean out the refrigerator (home side) and freezers. Any old food should be discarded. Mr. Wright needs to make the final call on old freezer pops.

    • Clean out any expired food items (if it is past it’s fresh date, toss it.)

    • Clean any storage tubs/totes used for food storage. (See line above) These will need to be cleaned out with bleach water and dried.

    • Sweep and mop the floors. Kelly Osburn can get these set up with the supplies we have.

  • Move equipment and dry goods to the home side.

    • Utensils

    • Popcorn machines

    • Coffee machine

    • Paper goods/consumable items (cups, napkins, plates, etc.)

      • For now, we will leave the cheese dispensers in the visitor’s side – new ones are on the way.

We will also need to check the following items:

  • The popcorn machines: They will need a thorough cleaning (Sarah Wilbanks knows this process very well.) We will need to verify if the kettles need professional cleaning before the season.

  • Divide out the utensils, storage containers, dry goods and supplies that need to go to the home side and what stays. Check for any broken materials and let Sarah know so we can put it on a list of things to re-purchase.

  • Once we are ready, we will load up cars/trucks carts and bring them over and load them into the home stand.

****PLEASE NOTE – This is NOT a complete, be-all, end-all list. If something that is not on this list looks like it needs attention, please let one of us know.****

We will not be stocking the stands with food items at this time. Since our first game night is Thursday September 8th – we will stock most likely before the 7th – but no earlier than the 1st to maintain freshness of our products.
