Directions to DLR:

Head West on 41st from Hwy 97

After you pass S 179th W Ave, the gate to DLR will be on your right over the next hill.

PARKING is in the grass just inside the gate and there is a footpath to take you to the event center and amphitheater. It’s not very far, but for those with mobility issues there is limited reserved parking nearer the event center.

5:00pm Dinner in the Event Center (by pre-paid reservation only*)

Please enter via the doors on the end nearest the amphitheater.

Those performing solos at dinner should report by 4:45pm 

(The performers know who they are.)

6:00pm ALL performers report to the Picnic Pavilion (follow signs)

(We will leave instrument cases there or you may leave them in your car.)

6:30pm Concert Begins in the Amphitheater

Spectators, bring Lawn Chairs &/or Blankets to sit on.  

The seating is terraced artificial grass with no built-in seats, so please plan ahead.

Performer Dress: Nice Spring Time, appropriate for temperature

Please plan on staying through the end of the concert & helping with clean-up.  

We are being given a tremendous opportunity to use a beautiful venue and we will need lots of help returning it to how we found it and loading a semi-trailer full of equipment.

Dinner Reservations:

The link to reserve dinner tickets is below and will stay open until April 12 or until we reach capacity (we are getting close now!)  Tickets must be pre-paid to be reserved.  Instructions are on the form.

Concessions:

We will have concession items on offer for sale, but you are welcome to bring your own snacks, etc.

Sno-Cones (weather permitting)

ALL ITEMS $2 EACH (CASH ONLY)

End of concert:  

Since we anticipate a very large crowd, we suggest meeting up with your child at the top of                    

                            the amphitheater after the concert/clean-up is done.  

WEATHER CONTINGENCY PLAN!

In case of inclement weather, we have back-up plans to move to CPHS.
