Please be sure that your parents are OK with you riding to this event with drumline members who drive or, if you drive, be sure they are OK with you driving others. Mr. Wright will not come along on this one due to the start of school.

You may dress for school. No need to wear any band gear.

You’ll need to come to CPHS by 8am to gather drums and make your way to Tulsa Boys’ Home (2727 S 137th W Ave).

On site, your contact will be Mrs. Ashley Wise.

The performance will start around 8:50am and should be over by 9:00am.

Afterward, head back to CPHS quickly but SAFELY!

Put away the drums and head to 2nd hour. You may want to email your teacher now to tell them you’ll be late. I will send the email to attendance office too.
