4:45pm DL staged by golf cart garage/SW doors of PA Bldg
5:00pm Lead team into stadium on cadence(s), then return to band room for warm-up
5:30pm Hornline Call Time (Some section leaders MAY ask you to come earlier to prep together)
We are NOT taking any stuff to the band stands this year except drumline stadium hardware-which you'll need to do before group warm-up!
Take your flip folder with you to pre-game show.
5:45pm Warm-Up together in Band Room (arcs)
6:00pm Color Guard join us in band room
6:20pm Begin Performance Period (follow Hailee Beard out to concessions stand arcs-if you missed this talk, just follow along, you'll get it!)

WALK back out gate and around to band stands
Grab bottle of water and get set up asap (say thanks to water parent!)
7:00pm Game starts

We will call up pep tunes so plz have them ready and be ready to go as soon as the time comes!
