Instrument Pick-Up for Band Students:
In order to collect your things left in the band rooms & to be prepared for distance learning, we have arranged the following pick-up times and procedures. As you know, the school buildings are closed, so we will be handing over your things curbside. Remain in your cars and follow the procedures outlined below. Please do not plan on going into the buildings as no one is allowed in, other than us, to collect your stuff.
If it is impossible for you to make it to the assigned time, please contact kyle.wright@sandites.org to make other arrangements. Due to the huge number of players to accommodate and the fact that students are not allowed in the buildings at the moment it is very important that you do your best to come to these assigned pick-up times.
Some things MAY get missed, but they will be available to you once the buildings re-open. We have made every effort to collect everything that would be important to you in the short term.
