7:30am                        Report to the CBMS - Load equipment & buses

7:45am                        Depart for Tahlequah

9:00am                        Arrive @ NSU Tahlequah & unload equipment

9:30am                        Warm up

10:00am                      PERFORM

10:30am                      Clinic with Judges

11:00am                      Load equipment & buses

11:15am                      Depart for Lunch

11:30am                      Eat lunch (You will need to bring $$$ to eat at a fast food restaurant- several to choose from)

1:00pm                        Load buses & Depart for CBMS

2:15pm                        Return to CBMS

Dear CBMS Jazz Band Parent(s)

            We have been preparing for the 2020 Green Country Jazz Festival in Tahlequah, OK at Northeastern State University.  We also want to invite parents to our contests, so please feel free to come and show your support.  We will also be taking the students to a place that has several fast food and sit down restaurants to choose from for lunch afterwards, so please make sure your child brings money ($$$) with them or a sack lunch.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
